3. International Orders, Customs & Duties

As an international trading company, we ship globally from Hong Kong. Please be aware of the following:

• Import Taxes: You (the buyer) are responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and local sales taxes levied by the country of destination. These fees are not included in our shipping charges.
• Customs Clearance: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs departments in your country. We will provide necessary documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List) to assist with clearance.

• Period: We offer a 12-month limited warranty on electronic devices and a 6-month warranty on accessories (cables, cases) starting from the date of delivery.
• Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
